I still can't get over how fast the tree shipped! It arrived just a few days after ordering it. It arrived more beautiful than I could have imagined. It makes such a wonderful memorial tree for our beloved cat.

The Ordering process was very easy. The corkscrew Willow that we ordered came in great shape. It was wonderfully packed and is thriving.

I purchased 2 Blue Plumbagos. I ordered them right when we got uncharacteristic heat and highest humidity in the US so was worried about how they would arrive. I received them both with instructions to perk them up and when / how to plant, which made it very easy. I am so happy with them and they started blooming very soon after planting! I will definitely purchase from Simply Trees again!

I had a hiccup initially but it was soon rectified. The folks at Simply Trees really want their customers to have a good experience as ordering plants online can be tricky. The first part of my order came apart from the rest because it was so very hot here in Texas. The plants arrived well packaged and in good shape. They will be planted this weekend. The company was so accommodating in holding the balance and I look forward to receiving the balance soon.

Thieves, liars and scoundrals!!!! Unfortunately I was forced to leave even 1 star. Negative starts are not available. I purchase $180 rosa plum tree. Within 30 days the tree was dead. I also purchase a lemon tree at the same time. The lemon tree thrived. When I tried to exercise the warranty (1 year) they, specifically Merideth, tried to claim that it was neglect on my part, not that there tree was defective. I had 10 trees (now 9) in planters and all are doing well. Then they want to charge me for a replacement tree which they do not have in stock. Final insult is that even though they deliberately sent out a dying plant they will not refund the purchase price.

Its very difficult to get trees to our remote location without losing half the leaves. After our first order arrived and was planted it's a no brainer especially since we have a lot of ground to cover after the wildfire so we will continue to grow with Simplytrees going forward. A+ on delivery time and shipping thanks
