Awesome!
We had a wonderful experience with them. This was our first time ordering online prescription glasses. I ordered the wrong tinting and they replaced for free less my shipping. I figured I would have to eat the cost and just order a new pair. They were wonderful to deal with - great customer service! Will definitely order from again. Prices were best we could find on the style of frame we were looking for. Great selection of frames!

Excellent experience every time
Since I found for myself SimplyEyeglasses back in 2009, I never go back to anyone else to get a new pair of eyeglasses. Their wide range of styles, options, their customer service and PRICES - everything works perfect for me. I have, about 6 pairs from this shop and they are all my favorite. I always recommend this site to everyone.

I was able to purchase two pair of discontinued frames -- It was easy and everyone was great. I will use them exclusively from now on.

Great Experience!
I have now purchased 2 pairs of prescription eyeglasses and they both turned out perfect. Will never again pay the high prices charged by local eye doctors when I get the same great products at SimplyEyeglasses.com

Very slow fulfillment of order
After placing my order I was disappointed to learn that the frames were out of stock. After the third delay due to a backorder situation I decided to change the frames. Customer service was very helpful, but they need a better inventory system.

Hello Mag, We do apologize for the issues with your frame selections. We order all frames directly from the manufacturer. Frames are fashion, some stay in stock longer than others. On occasion there are issues with availability. Our customer service department does try to inform you as soon as possible. I know it is frustrating. We feel the frustration.
