I want to praise Simply Glasses for their excellent customer service. My son broke his frames, and we needed a replacement before his next tennis tournament. To save time, we hoped to reuse his existing lenses. Like another reviewer, I didn’t realize the frames weren’t stocked when I placed the order—but this was a good reminder that it never hurts to pick up the phone. Simply Glasses arranged to have the frames overnighted from the manufacturer and then overnighted again to us. I ordered on Monday, and the frames arrived early enough on Thursday for our local optometrist to swap in the lenses—even with delivery to our small mountain town.

I wish the website was more transparent that they do not stock the frames. They are ordered from their supplier when they get the customer’s order. In my case it will be over 2 weeks from the time they got my money until I get my frames. In the meantime my frames are broken and I’m wearing older glasses with an old prescription. To be clear, I just ordered frames, not lenses. I do not think they are being deceptive I just would have liked to better understand their business model. I do have to add that their communication with me has been first rate. Fast and honest. They expedited the shipment and I will receive my frames much sooner than anticipated.

I ordered a pair of prescription progressive glasses as well as a pair of prescription sunglasses. They did an excellent job making the lenses in both. Customer service was great letting me know that since they're a lab they order the frame directly from the manufacture and process your lens while waiting for the frames to come in. I've had a very pleasant experience with Simplyeyeglasses.com. I ordered Charmant titanium frames with demo lenses for my wife. They arrived in only 7 days which is much better than any other online eyeglass frame seller I have used. The frames are perfect and the packing was perfect. She will get her prescription lenses at a local shop that does not carry this brand. Not every online seller carries the Charmant Titanium Perfection line. The technicians at Simply Eyeglasses excel at meeting atypical needs. The bridge of my nose is quite narrow so it is a struggle to find frames that fit well when the prevailing fashion is big and boxy. Having an adult size pupillary distance but needing that to fit a smaller frame is usually out of the question for the vast majority of online retailers as the technical complexity required is too specialized for mass production. But the staff at Simply Eyeglasses are not limited by such constraints. If you want a pair of glasses that fits well and isn't constantly slipping off your nose but are frustrated because that's 80% of the frames on the market presently you can feel confident in getting some frames that fit and letting Simply Eyeglasses handle the lenses. My expectations have been exceeded on multiple occasions.

The process of ordering frames was very easy with Simply Eyeglasses but the real joy in using this company came when I contacted them that the frame surface chipped after 3 months. When I explained the issue, I was told that all I needed to do was to send back the frame with the chip and they would send a new frame. They appologized and said that they just wanted me to be happy with the purchase. Great customer service and so friendly!!!

This is my second pair from this company, I love them. i recently had to change an order because a prescription update and they were so personable and awesome with the change. I already decided to be a returning customer two years ago with my first pair, because they are affordable, quick, have a lot of variety, contact you when they need clarity, and are responsive to customer emails. This recent experience just solidified it for me to continue to order from here. I have not received my second pair as of yet but I am fairly confident in this org.
