I made a mistake in telling these folks my prescription. They sent glasses and I couldn't see. Called Simply Eyeglasses and they were soooo sooo understanding. Returned my order and within a few days, received the corrected lenses. Wow, can't say enough good things!

Hi, My Simply Eyeglasses experience was painless. You'll notice many people complain about the time of shipping and also the lack of being able to call customer service. I've had a great experience through emails and even updated me about the timing without prompt. My glasses came nice and new and perfect. I would definitely use Simply Eyeglasses again, just beware, they do take a longer time than your usual trip to the eyecare center, but I think it's worth it.

Took order and didn't notify me they were out of stock for days. Sketchy at best.

We do not stock any of the over 60,000 frames we have on our site. This keeps our prices low to pass on to our customers. Frames are fashion, unfortunately some are so popular they go on back order or they do not sell at all and they are discontinued. We try very hard to keep the frames on site current. I was so happy to receive my frames. I was told they would not come with a case, but they sent a case any way. This was so convenient and the customer service on ordering was great. Plus I saved a lot of money. I would use again.
