Beautiful pens nicely packaged and a good range of coloured cartridges and inks pens are phenomenal quality and very simple and stylish metal pen for the price of a cheaper boring plastic one. Good delivery packaging was very good and stylish itself!

Quick delivery and very pleased with the quality of the pen especially for the price. Love the colour too. In fact I’ve ordered another one in a different colour

EDIT: Today someone finally replied on Instagram and the situation is getting handled. They will send me new replacement pens which is a relief. Luckily I didn't have to send the defective ones back because that'd have been a hassle. ----------- I got the pens 8 days ago. The other pen leaks ink randomly and I can't use it. The other pens tip is stuck inside the cap and won't move in or out. I have sent them 4 emails including video and photos of the problems, no one answers. I have also contacted them via their contact form twice, no answer. Also I sent a message in Instagram, nothing is happening. I think 8 days is plenty of time to reply. I can't recommend them, their customer service is horrible.

Hi Hanna, we are very sorry it took us so long to respond. We have now contacted you directly and created a replacement order for both affected pens. You do not need to return the defective pens, and we will share tracking once the replacement ships. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience.
The pen is lovely and has a nice weight and feel, but the first day I tried using it, the ink leaks all over inside the cap, and the gets on my fingers when writing. I’ve double checked the cartridge is attached securely and I’m not touching the nib portion, so I’m not sure where the leak is coming from. I love the idea of the product, but this item was a little disappointing.

It didn't get sent until well after the 5-9 day delivery promise. They sent it immediately after sending a note. The pen looks and feels nice, but it absolutely bleeds ink, and I am not convinced that I have an EF nib as ordered. The box says EF, but my writing experience does not conform.
