The first chair I received was defective. The whole thing was tilted, making it far from ergonomic. I worked with the customer service team. After some back and forth, they came to understand the issue fully and ultimately sent me a replacement and I returned the first one. I haven't had to contact support so far.

I’m really happy with my HBADA office chair! It’s comfortable, provides good back support, and makes sitting at my desk for long periods much easier. I also like how it looks because it’s modern and fits nicely in my workspace. It was pretty easy to put together, and for the price, I think it’s definitely worth it. Overall, it’s a great chair for everyday use, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something comfortable and affordable for their home office.

i received my chair, and it was missing screws, the the lower lumbar doens's lock, and the seatting mesh is already coming loose. Im very dissapointed on the quality of the chair,

I bought this chair and tried to love it. However, the reason why I got it is because I’m petite 5 feet. I suffer from back and neck pain due to a car accident and work more than 8 hours a day at a desk. I need a supportive chair and though this was the one. However, my feet still don’t reach the floor. My back don't reach the back. I bought a footrest, so my feet are not dangling and a back rest to see if my back can get some support, but still doesn't work. This chair is advertised as a chair for petite. but is it not. I bought this chair prior I had surgery. My recovery was four weeks and I've been trying this chair for 3 days now and I can't stand my backpain. I decided to buy another chair, since customer service was not able to help me since it has been more than 30 days. I bought a MUSSO E80 petite ergonometric chair. I hope that company doesn't do false advertising and their chair it is truly a petite chair not like this HBADA chair. So, I'm stuck with a very expensive HBADA chair that I can't use. and another chair on the way. If you are a taller person I recommend this chair, but it is not definitely for petite as advertise. My chair still has tags on. I bought a footrest so I could reach the floor and a back rest so I could reach the back of the chair. What was the point of buying a "petite" chair?

I purchased my chair which came quickly and was very comfortable and worth the money, but a piece of it broke and customer service, specifically Jarvan, was quick to assist me without any hassle and took care of the problem I had. Very happy with my replacement chair and for the help Jarvan provided!

the chair has so many options for adjustability. Great design and looks sleek. Great support for the whole body. One thing I would like to see in the future is an armrest while in full recliner mode.
