Very poor quality and service
The quality of the product is far from the pictures. It is painted with metallic paint, but it is actually all plastic. Customer service responds slowly, and there are high fees for returns. A very disappointing product.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback — we're genuinely sorry that the product didn't meet your expectations, especially regarding its appearance and material feel. 🙏 We understand that the metallic finish may have given a different impression, and we regret any confusion caused. Our chairs use a combination of durable materials designed for long-term use, but we acknowledge that the visual and tactile experience can vary from person to person. We also hear your frustration with the response time and return costs. We aim to handle all inquiries as quickly as possible, and we're continuously reviewing our return policy to ensure it remains fair. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond.
