ChatGPT Plus ¡Gracias por tus comentarios! Alejandro Sanchez. En Simplex Group, estamos comprometidos con la integridad y un servicio excepcional. Agradecemos tu confianza en nosotros.
I manage a SOA Transports, Simplex was hired to perform multiple services to get the company compliant with state and federal laws. They were paid in full but could not get it started. I requested a full refund in January and its now October. I've made several attempts to contact our appointed rep but it all ways go's to voicemail. Beware of this company that's affiliated with OTR Solutions! OTR is great by all means, it's just who they affiliate with!

We take financial concerns very seriously, and we’re sorry to hear about this experience. Please contact our support team at [email protected] so we can investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Do not trust Simplex Group! As soon as they take your money, they stop answering phone calls. They ask for a lot of employee information, but no real results are ever delivered. In the end, the company deducted money from us, yet we never saw any work completed by them. Eventually, Julissa & Luis stopped answering the phone altogether. Very disappointing experience I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Hi TSD TRANSPORTER, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. After reviewing your case, we confirmed that your account was officially closed in July after you resolved the balance directly with our collections agency. We also verified that a 3-month trial was never promised on the sales call. We’re always open to talking things through and clarifying anything that still feels unresolved. If you'd like to revisit this or speak with someone directly, feel free to call us at 1-803-442-1441 or email [email protected]. We’re here to help. Thank you, The Simplex Group Team
