I have been using Simplero for a number of years now. They truly have the best customer service, they are super responsive with their tech ticketing system and their support staff are wonderful to deal with and amazing at what they do. On top of this, they also have a "feature request" board AND a community forum where staff and the CEO are very active and hear their members' concerns. Honestly, although the platform is not perfect (you can never please everyone 100%), it does have everything you need to run online courses and a community. Simplero is a fabulous all-in-one platform for content and course creators. I've been using their services for years. I have multiple online courses and multiple membership web sites through them.
