SimpleCitizenReviews of simplecitizen.com

Truly an excellent service for a small fraction of the cost of traditional legal services for immigration support. Their forms are very clear and their case manager support was very good. Very fluid communication. They answered all of my questions, even those I asked a million times just to be sure.

I am very satisfied with experience that Simple Citizen company provides for me and this is my second experience, the first time for myself and the second time for my daughter. I think they were very careful and sent me the documents so cleanly that I was surprised.

Robert was my attorney and he helped me through every step of the way. Always emailed me back within minutes and made the process so much easier and stress free

My husband and I got married in February and started the process for adjustment of status/register permanent residence in March. We were kind of lost and couldn’t afford to pay a lawyer to help. Someone told me about Simple Citizen and to be honest we were kind of scared that it was not trustworthy. I did my research and decided to give it a chance even though I didn’t know how it would go. We are beyond grateful of taking that decision, it was the best we could have done. We got the premium package that they offered, we had an interview with an attorney which was great and even got the folder delivered to our house ready to be sent! The Simple Citizen team guided us through all the process and were always there to answer every single question we had. I do think that it’s gotta be team work between both parts and make sure you are doing your part by checking all the information you put is correct and always double checking everything! We sent the folder with forms and evidence on May, by July I got my working permit and travel permit and by the end of October my green card got approved! It literally took 5 to 6 months! Now I’m just waiting for it to arrive on the mail. Thank you so much to Simple Citizen. It would have been 10 times harder without you!

Simply the best service out there. We used them to get my green card. Their platform was so organized and thorough and the lawyers and case managers were always available to answer our questions. I had a friend who went through a similar process but used her own lawyer. She paid a lot more than I did but didn't have as much clarity on the process as I did. I highly recommend using Simple Citizen because of its affordable prices, high-quality support, and customer service.

The system is very easy to use and thorough. Definitely get the package with the lawyer review. She caught a number of things that enhanced my application.

Made an account and application with my spouse for change of status from F1 to Permanent Resident. They had an intuitive platform that was relatively easy to navigate, and all the different small items, such as a certified translation of my birth certificate, redundancies on the marriage evidence, among other information, saved a ton of time in RFEs that other friends of mine had to go through. In the end, the lawyer was very good and adamant about increasing the amount of evidence and specifics on the forms, and after thoroughly reviewing the packet, everything went smoothly. While I had to do some small corrections and add more images when I got the physical packet, it was all worth it. For the price and the importance of the situation they are definitively recommended.

I had a fantastic experience with SimpleCitizen throughout my green card process. Their services were incredibly efficient, professional, and easy to use. From the very beginning, their team provided clear guidance and support, making what can be a complicated and stressful process feel manageable. The platform was user-friendly, and every step of the way, I felt confident that my application was being handled with care. They answered all of my questions promptly, and the entire process went smoothly without any unexpected issues. I received my green card in about 8 months without needing an interview or additional documentation for USCIS. I highly recommend SimpleCitizen to anyone navigating the immigration process. Their excellent service truly made all the difference for me!
