Highly recommend using SimpleCitizen

I would recommend this site to anyone. We were recommended by a family friend who had a wonderful experience and we did likewise. First off, we talked to someone on the messenger on their site and then some e-mails back and forth answering basic questions on immigration and their services before choosing to go with them. Once we did it was a foolproof process and they held our hand throughout the process. Even when my fiancee had to go get a new birth certificate they waited patiently and turned it around in a day after giving them that information. Once the forms came in the mail they had an easy to follow guid on how to put everything together and sent it too immigration.

I always had prompt response from anybody I spoke to at Simple Citizen. They go the distance serving the customers and I has a seamless experience through out the process. When I originally started the process, it was overwhelming for me. I had a lot of questions and the team at Simple Citizen were very patient in answering them. A big thanks to Evelyn specifically for being my case manager. I so glad to have found Simple Citizen and will surely recommend them to my family and friends.

Overall really great platform to get everything you need. Quick response are great, although I have gotten few mixed answers.

Simple Citizen personnel were very helpful and it was good to know that someone was always at the end of the phone for any help and advice.

Simple Citizen is amazing! I applied for my Green Card and each other important document for my immigration over SimpleCitizen. A friend actually recommended it to me. And it really has been a huge help. It was super easy to get the application done online. They printed my application and sent it to me when I was done and gave me very easy instructions of what I needed to do. I really recommend it to anybody else! Also, I have been workin on my Green Card for almost two years now and within these two years I could just contact them anytime if I had any questions. It’s like having a lawyer, just that it is a whole team you can contact any time for only about $300 dollars. That was all I had to pay and it was really worth it. The team is also super friendly and respectful! And has always replied very quickly! So yeah, SimplieCitizen is definitely worth it!
