SimpleCitizenReviews of simplecitizen.com

I had an amazing experience with Simple Citizen to prepare for my family-based green card application. Elizabeth, who helped me, was so patient and thorough throughout. Their print & ship service is absolutely worth every penny since they provide such detailed instructions on how to get the application right. I would recommend Simple Citizen to everyone going through gc application process. It’s so rare to come across such a customer-oriented companies nowadays.

I had a great experience. Best customer service, and you will never feel alone in this process. My application is still being processed right now, and no hiccups yet--so I can't speak on how Simplecitizen can assist me in those situation yet. However, they made applying for this stressful application so much easier. And trust me, save your time and money and get their help.

I’m so happy I found simple citizen.we were completely clueless as to how to file our paperwork But they made it so easy.completely user friendly and they respond quickly to any questions.thank you to Elizabeth, you are amazing indeed and to Losa for working with us.if you are thinking about using simple citizen,I’d say do it!

The application preparation wizard forms were designed with usability in mind. It asks sensible questions so relevant support forms (e.g. I-765) gets included without problem. So quite quickly I finished filling up the forms and went to the support documentation part. Then I found my filing date is not current and I had to wait before I can file. This was not checked by Simple Citizen. I suppose I should be aware of this myself. With refund guarantee I was in a peaceful mind and went ahead to cancel my service. I requested twice to have this refund ... apart from two confirmations I didn't get any further information for the last 2 months. Eventually the customer service called me and apologized sincerely. I was very much appreciate this. She explained they were middle of a system switch and caused this delay and then within 48 hours my refund appeared in my bank account. So I have to say it's a bit of experience with ups and downs. If you ask me would you like to try again? I probably will ... :) when my filing date become current and if I choose to file it by myself.

We chose SimpleCitizen last year when we filed for a marriage-based Green Card. Since the beginning, they were nothing but helpful. We always received quick replies, great feedback, and detailed instructions on how we needed to go through the process. Their website is also very easy to work with and uploading all of the documents was a breeze. I would highly recommend these hardworking people!

I had the best experience. It was easy to work with them and the team was always willing and ready to help.

So far so good! Everyone that I have been in contact since day one of my application was very caring, interested in my story, positive and gave assertive advice. My process was accepted and now I am waiting for biometrics and interview. I highly recommend this company.
