I toured Silverado in Beverly Hills about 10 days ago for my mom. We had looked at 2 other places before and this place looks much cleaner than the other 2. We spoke with Stephanie and Taylor and I could tell right away that both are highly professional when it comes to dealing with old people with dementia. The facility seems to be very organized. They have a spacious kitchen and my mom loved the food.

Late stage demensia patient transitioning to hospice care team after about 10 years living in Silverado. Care has always been excellent and management accomodating requests from family. Both regular staff and hospice team continue to provide services with no apparent attitude of neglect. Staff exercise patience when explaining to family members who repeatedly refuse to accept reality.

Wonderful caretakers, nurses and fantastic directors and activities people. This community is happy and engaged.

Silverado Beverly Place is full of friendly staff! They are knowledgeable in their jobs and caring towards the residents. They always have a smile on their face. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to experience this wonderful place as a intern.
