Customer service sucks
I will give the product 4 stars but their customer service sucks. Actually it is worse than that. It is non existent. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and wanted to change the order BEFORE it was shipped. I have sent three messages. Zero response. Disappointing.

Response from Sigma Compounds· Aug 6, 2025
We take all feedback seriously, but after thoroughly checking our records, we have no customer or order under your name, nor any pending customer service issues. Our team responds promptly to all legitimate inquiries, and we have always gone above and beyond—even sending replacements without requiring returns when appropriate. We maintain clear records of all interactions and orders, and there is no trace of any such request or issue from you. We believe this review may be based on a misunderstanding or may not be genuine. If you believe there’s been a mix-up, please contact us directly with your order number—we’re always here to help. Thank you.

I personally had a great experience…
I personally had a great experience with Sigma. They have great products that do exactly what they are for. Great quality, they even come in fancy boxes.i have a drawer with a ton of the Sigma boxes, which should tell you I have been back to purchase several times. I am an affiliate,I try to sell the product to friends, also got a few of them to go with peptides after they saw my results. Thanks Sigma for having #1 peptides in my book.

Sigma has a real reputation!
Sigma is great because it has a face, first of all. Matthew is a well-known and respected advocate for peptide education, so it's nice to know there's a reputation on the line for a quality product. Most companies are mysterious, which makes for a major trust problem in an industry that already has a certain amount of risk that makes many people uncomfortable. I have never had a bad experience, and Matthew has been great when I have needed to contact him.

Decrease in pain…
I have been dealing with increased pain as I’ve gotten a little older. I am very active and have a labor intensive career in massage, bodywork, and physiotherapy. I have read books and articles and listened to countless podcasts on various supplements to help combat the issues that come along with the aging process. I have been using peptides for about 6 weeks and am so pleased with the results. I have tried a few and am happy to report I am virtually pain free. I am sleeping great (which has eluded me for years) and am toning up and losing a little excess weight. It has really helped me maintain my interests and my busy work schedule.
