I placed my order and paid the invoice and was waiting for my delivery. I thought maybe there was just a delay in delivery from the various weather issues going on and it was running a day or 2 late and had to leave for a few days for work but figured it would be there by the time I returned home. When I returned and it hadn’t arrived I started looking into it and discovered my order was placed on hold even though it was paid for. Which once I notified Sigma Compounds it was corrected and shipped and should be receiving them tomorrow (even though I ordered these on Labor Day and it’s now the 21st). However the previous order went smooth and the quality was great quality. So it is unsettling regarding placing another order just because of the shipping and delivery.

I will give the product 4 stars but their customer service sucks. Actually it is worse than that. It is non existent. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and wanted to change the order BEFORE it was shipped. I have sent three messages. Zero response. Disappointing.

Company asks you to leave a good review for them and they will give you a gift card of 50$ to use for their products. So, I ordered 3 of their tb-500 and bpc 157 and did not feel anything on their products and I have ordered from other companies and they were way much better than sigmas. I will definitely never order from them again!
