The saddle works very well for me. However I would caution that it shipped from China and thus took a while (about 2 weeks). While I didn't need to return it, don't bank on the 30-day return policy as there won't be much time to try it out, nor would returns be simple I'm guessing.

I purchased a sport+ saddle when it arrived it was rusty on the rails, i contacted customer service and was offered a 25% refund which I declined. I was told to get a full refund I would have to pay postage fees to USA probably more than the saddle is worth. After numerous emails they offered me a 35% refund which was probably the best I would get, so I was forced to accept the offer.I expected better quality and better customer service. I have repainted the rusty bits and I will say the saddle is comfortable but for how long. If you but from this company beware of their refund policy

Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry that the condition of the saddle rails fell short of your expectations. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when you were looking forward to receiving a product in good condition. We offered the partial refund as an alternative to returning the saddle, hoping to make the resolution more convenient and help you avoid the additional return shipping costs. However, we understand that you may still prefer a full refund. If you'd like to proceed with a full refund, please feel free to send us a message, and we'll be happy to guide you through the return process and help you with the next steps. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make things right. Best regards, Emma
Under no circumstances buy this product. Not suitable for road or gravel bike. Very big and heavy. Company very difficult to deal with regarding returns and expensive.

I purchased a saddle 2 weeks ago. It does not fit and im being hassled by the company who is requesting the info they already have. I even sent a copy of the transaction of my bank account. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! they want more documentation. Not only did they lose my info but requested it twice because they lost it again. They also delete some bad reviews on their web site to fool potential customers. Then they emailed instructions to install a seat like I'm stupid asking to remove the original seat when I already knew it would NOT fit. I told them it does not fit. I could tell without removing packaging. . I've been riding over 40 years and pretty sure I can change a seat. They put more effort into ducking their responsibility than doing their job. I will spread the news with thousands of riders posting their callous business habits at the clubs and event I ride for in September with over 17000 riders which I am a moderator. I will certainly impact your reputation and guarantee it will affect your business and I will continue exposing your deceitful business practice.

I originally ordered the Comfort+ as I thought it most suitable for my hybrid bike. It turned out to be very uncomfortable for my needs. Sierna were very quick to respond to all correspondence I had with them. They offered to replace the saddle with the Sport+ for £10. They stated they would instead give a full refund if I returned the Comfort+. The company is based in USA (which is not made clear on the website) and the shipping costs would have been ~£20 from UK. I accepted the replacement offer. The Sport+ is reasonably comfortable and it does have a non-slip surface which makes the riding position easy to maintain. However, the bracket rails are not great and slightly corroded. I'm not sure how long it will last

Hi Nick, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that our team was quick to respond and that the Sport+ has provided you with a more comfortable riding experience and a secure, non-slip surface. We understand your concern regarding the return shipping costs. We offered the discounted Sport+ replacement as an alternative to returning the Comfort+, which we hoped would be a more convenient and cost-effective solution for you. We're also sorry to hear about the condition of the bracket rails. We take product quality seriously, and we'd be happy to look into this for you. Please reach out to our support team with a photo of the rails, and we'll be glad to assist. We appreciate your feedback and hope you continue to enjoy your rides with the Sport+. Best regards, Team Sierna
This company is not one I will ever deal with again. The saddle is soft but the rails and support frame are poor quality. I have been trying to get a refund but without success in fact they tried to sell me an alternative saddle at a discounted rate of £10. That would mean I would have two saddles for £48 neither would would be any good for me as they are soft and squishy and don’t provide adequate support.

Hi Stephen, We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience. After reviewing our correspondence, we can see that you had already agreed to the refund option we offered, and we're committed to honoring that resolution. We also understand that saddle comfort is highly personal. While many of our customers find this model comfortable, we recognize that the right fit can vary from rider to rider. That's why we suggested an alternative saddle at a discounted price—not to avoid helping, but because we believed a different model might better suit your needs based on your feedback. Our intention has always been to provide the best possible solution, whether through a replacement, an alternative model, or a refund in line with our agreement. If there's anything still outstanding, please reply to our latest email, and we'll be happy to assist you further. Kind regards, The Sierna Team
Saddle was delivered quickly which was excellent. I had a quick question when my saddle arrived and the reponse was fantastic - very quick and helpful information sorted out my query.

Do not deal with this company if you are in Australia. They use shipping agent that fails to deliver to Australian Post Office addresses and then will not issue a refund for non-delivery. I have lodged a formal complaint with WA Consumer Protection
