Hi Steve, thanks so much for sharing this. We’re glad Joe could answer your questions and help you feel confident about joining us. Welcome to the Shopmonkey family!
Firoz was outstanding throughout the sales process. He was patient with our many questions, and if he didnt have an answer to a question he would take the time to get the appropriate information. Which was all greatly appreciated

Hi Greg, thank you for the 5-star review! We’re so glad Firoz could guide you through the sales process and get you the answers you needed. We're happy to support your shop!
Having owned our business for 27 years, we explicitly explained during our initial video consultation that we specialize in long-term auto restorations that often take a year or more. We were assured the platform would suit our needs, but it has proven entirely unsuitable for restoration shops for the following reasons: - Undisclosed Fees: We were never informed of employee limits or the additional per-employee fees. We also discovered charges for extra services we did not request, which were only brought to light when I called to inquire about our higher monthly bill. - Flawed Workflow and Lost Revenue: The interface includes multiple areas to enter work performed. This led to labor entries being hidden during billing, resulting in direct financial losses for our business. - Inefficient Invoicing: The system requires us to re-enter customer information every time we issue a new invoice, which is completely impractical for ongoing, long-term restoration projects. - Poor Customer Support: Overall, the customer service we received failed to address these critical issues.

" Hi Lisa, Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the frustration. While Shopmonkey is built to streamline standard automotive repair and service, long-term restoration projects have unique workflow and invoicing demands that ultimately made this a mismatch for your specific business model. We also understand our billing adjustment fell short of what you expected. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can address any outstanding concerns directly. We wish your business all the best.

Hey Jim, thanks for the compliments and for leaving us a five-star review. We enjoy working with you, too.
We completed our initial demo call with the Shopmonkey team to evaluate their platform for our fleet service and shop operations, and we were incredibly impressed. The software looks highly intuitive and well-engineered to handle complex workflow tracking, job documentation, and streamlined invoicing all in one place. A huge thank you to Aidan Huggins, who ran our demonstration. Aidan did a truly fantastic job—his customer service was excellent, and he gave a crystal-clear walkthrough while taking the time to thoroughly answer all of our operational questions. Based on this first look and Aidan's great presentation, we decided to move forward with purchase. Excited for the implementation
