They were very responsive and sent a replacement. They did ask a lot of questions: try new batteries, send a picture of the underside of the opener showing where it was made, picture of the cans I was trying to open. I sent a video showing that when I pushed the go button nothing happened, and confirmed that it had fresh batteries. After they were satisfied that it wasn't operator error, they were quick to send a replacement.

I’m not sure how I ever lived without this can opener. It works just as well as the bulky electric can openers but doesn’t take up any counter space. It also removes the entire lid without sharp remains – not just the inner lid. Their customer service is also excellent. I bought two can openers. One works perfectly. One had a slight glitch. I reached out to customer service and they replaced it within a week.

Kitchen mama replaced my kitchen mama promptly and without much hassle. Very grateful for their quick response time. I had a new kitchen mama with in a week.

Kitchen Mama’s customer service is excellent! I contacted them when my battery operated can opener stopped working less than a year from purchasing it on Amazon. They were detailed and responsive and mailed me a new can opener with no trouble at all.

Kitchen mama has exceptionally great and has very quick customer service. My representative was very kind and responded so quickly I couldn't keep up! My gifted can opener only worked a few times and now I have one that works perfectly! It is a very cool item and gift for folks with less strength in their hands.

The company was in constant communication regarding my warranty issue. They expediently replaced my can opener after I met their requirements. They even sent me the identical model in the same color! I also appreciated all the tracking they provided. Kitchen Mama made this mama very happy indeed!! It’s a company that aims to please its customers.
