The can opener is the best I've ever used. I have sent these to all my family as gifts. I had an issue sending one to my daughter in Wales but Mandy in customer service stuck with me until we figured out how to ship it to her

Our Kitchen Mama 2.0 stopped working after 11 months. It was bent from at the cutter, probably from a tough can. I called Kitchen Mama and they sent me a new one in 3 days. Super thoughtful and considerate and communicative. Thanks for the amazing professionalism. We love this automatic can opener!

Amazing company!!! I bought a kitchen mama a little over 2 years ago because I open cans so often that every can opener on the market would dull in about a week. It was a total waste! I ordered a kitchen mama and it took just over two years for the blade to fully dull, which is pretty incredible when you see how many cans I open on a daily basis! The kitchen mama came with a two year warranty and when I went to see if I could trade it in due to the blade dulling, I realized I had missed my warranty by about a month. I reached out to the company and explained my situation and they supplied me with a brand new kitchen mama. The communication was outstanding. They messaged me every step of the way. I’m very busy and work a lot and it would take me a while to respond sometimes, and they stayed on top of it, never closing the case and always ready for me to respond. They really went above and beyond, even to confirm I had received the package and was happy with my replacement. The integrity of the company was rock solid and I will never stray away from this brand again! HIGHLY recommend!
