I ordered a part and paid extra for a two year warranty; after 11 mos the part failed. I attempted to exchange the part for another; the rep refused to honor the warranty stating I received a refund...how could I receive a refund without returning the part first. Buyer Beware bad customer service for used parts. In the future I will shop some place else not shopjimmy.

Fast service and when we emailed to cancel an order we found we didn't need, they promptly caught it and refunded our payment. Very impressed. Will use again.

I ordered a part from this company that ultimately did not repair my appliance. In fact, I don't think that part even needed replaced since the new part didn't change the issue. I attempted to return after a new job start and illness and they refused the return. I'm now stuck holding a $150 part I have zero use for.

Shop Jimmy sent me broken parts twice. We tested them on different appliances, and they were total garbage. Don't waste your time or extra money on fast shipping just to get trash. Worst of all, it hurts my business reputation with customers. Also, their website shows fake Google reviews, but you can't even leave a real review for them on Google.

I acquired a ONN 65" Roku TV from a home purchase I made. It wouldn't turn on with the remote or power button. I found ShopJimmy.com so I browsed the website and found they sold replacement boards that matched my TV model. Although the numbers on the physical circuit boards didn't match the numbers on any of the kits, but once I scanned the bar codes on the circuit boards with my iPhone it came up with part numbers that did match their version 24 kit. Although support didn't think it was a fit I took a chance and ordered the kit anyway and to my surprise my TV is alive again working like new. The price was no brainer for me to fix this TV. They shipped my item that same day and I received them a few days later with no problems. The boards were packaged safely in a brown box with bubble wrap. Like the website suggests match the numbers. Scan the bar codes with your iPhone for the real part numbers that will be closer to the numbers on their website. I would buy from this seller again.

I didn't see the reviews on here until after I placed and order. Got nervous but luckily my product was exactly as advertised and genuine OEM. Fast shipping too.

They sell defective parts. Bought a complete repair kit twice. Neither worked.

I replaced three of the four modules in my Vizio, M43 – C1 television, including all of the LED strips. I took the television completely apart and after all of these parts and the free tech support from Shop Jimmy the problem persists. I’m left with just throwing away this television with all of its duplicate parts into the trash tomorrow.
