Thank you, Dean! We’re so glad your Garmin Approach launch monitor arrived quickly and that you were happy with the price and service. We truly appreciate your business and you taking the time to share your experience. Enjoy your new launch monitor, and happy golfing!
They emailed right away to confirm. I got my EFS seat in about a week. It was $100 off the normal price so I was skeptical. There was a 5/8” hole drilled in the bottom not sure if that is standard. Also the seat brackets paint was chipped. Box was completely sealed so I think those issues were next level racings. Highly recommend Prosimhq!

I was looking for a specific chair and only about three places indicated having inventory, ProSimHQ being one of them. I checked reviews and also their physical location before settling on buying from them. Shortly after my purchase I got noticed the chair was actually backordered and I was given the option to get a refund or wait, so I chose to wait. Stacey was the one communicating with me and she was great throughout, and the chair came back in stock before I expected. I was going to be away from home so shipping could be tricky but she worked it out with me and long story not as long, I got my chair before I had to leave town. It took a couple of weeks but I finally got to assembling everything and I am happy to report it all works, no issues with the chair, so I am quite satisfied on that front too.

The customer support ProSimHQ provided was exceptional. Stacey, the customer support representative was very helpful. She kept me updated throughout the process. Even though the process took longer than expected due to the items manufacturer, she always let me know what was going on, which made it easier to wait for the item.

I'll admit, I was a little hesitant at first. Ordering expensive sim racing equipment from a company I hadn't worked with before felt a bit sketchy, especially compared to buying from the larger retailers. That feeling disappeared almost immediately. Stacey was phenomenal throughout the entire process. She kept me updated every step of the way, answered every question I had, and made me feel completely comfortable with my purchase. Even when there was a delay with the monitor mount, communication was proactive and transparent, which gave me a lot of confidence in the company. The monitor mount itself is incredibly well built, sturdy, and exactly what I was looking for. The quality matches the level of customer service I received. If you're on the fence about ordering from ProSimHQ, don't be. They earned my trust, and I'll absolutely be recommending them to other sim racers. Thanks again to Stacey and the entire ProSimHQ team for making this such a great experience.
