Hi Gabrielle, I’m so sorry to hear you missed our return policy. We have absolutely no intention of having customers miss the policy, we prefer that this does not happen. It is available to view on every single product page where we have the description, size tab and RETURNS tab. It’s also available on the returns policy page which is linked at the footer of our website which is a common location to find a return policy. The return policy states "We want you to love your new purchase. If for any reason you’re unhappy with it, you can return it to us for a Store Credit if the item meets our returns conditions listed below..." The majority of our customers do not miss it and have been happily shopping with us for years. There are a large number of boutiques that only operate on a store credit policy, so I would kindly recommend to check a return policy prior to making a purchase at a new store. Hi Lindsay, I'm so sorry to hear that the sizing did not work out and that you missed out on reading the return policy. Our Boutique is a physical store in Birmingham Michigan, and after high demand from customers on our instagram, the online store was launched as an extension to what's available in-store. A store credit policy is common with Boutique retailers like ours, so I recommend to look over the return policy prior to making purchases at a new store. Hello Kris, we sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction. The Misha Costanza Jumpsuit you returned had noticeable dark self-tanner or makeup residue on the inside shoulder/strap. We want to clarify that we did not have multiple units of this specific style in stock, and the one you returned was the last one in stock. Therefore, it's unlikely that you received a different person's photos of the jumpsuit, as your return was the only one we have received back in months. If you believe there has been a mistake and it was not the Misha Costanza Bonded Crepe Jumpsuit, please contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate further for you.
