ShopHairWigs Lost a Loyal Customer! I've been ordering from ShopHairWigs almost daily, and I have NEVER filed a complaint against this company until now. That should tell you something! I placed an order that I never received, and when I tried to resolve the issue, the customer service was absolutely terrible. They don't answer emails, and getting help has been a nightmare. To make matters worse, they provided PayPal with tracking information from a completely separate order, and PayPal closed my dispute in their favor. How does tracking for an October order prove delivery of a September order? I don't know if management is aware of how poorly customers are being treated, but something is seriously wrong with their customer service. It feels like this company has gained popularity and no longer cares about the loyal customers who helped support its business. The greed and lack of concern for customers are incredibly disappointing. ShopHairWigs has lost a good customer. I spent my money with this company regularly, but I will NEVER order from them again, and I do not recommend them to anyone. If this is how they treat a longtime customer who has supported them almost daily, they don't deserve my business anymore!

I'll never order from this company again. They sent me the wrong color of the wig I ordered. I've reached out to them several times. I was on the return portal for about an hour. I did everything I was supposed to. Then I submitted a picture of the package that I NEVER opened. I never got a return label. Then it came up that my refund was rejected because the wig had been opened and messed with. So I sent multiple emails to them, no response. They don't have a phone number to call so you can talk to an agent. I believe this company is a fraud. So buyers be aware. Don't order from them. Now I'm out of 50.00 I'm furious 😡

I ordered a wig and a ponytail from them. The package said it was delivered but it wasn't. USPS doesn't even deliver to my porch. They delivered to a mailbox and it said that the package was delivered to my porch. I also filed a missing package report with USPS. I reached out to shop hair wigs or ebony line which is the same company via email and they got back to me told me. Thank you for filing missing package report with USPS and that they would be getting back to me as in USPS. USPS got back to me and said that because the package was marked as delivered, there was nothing that they could do about it because they could no longer track the package. And ebony line said that in order for them to do anything for me. I would have had to pay for my order and then email them to pay for an additional shipping charge that got a signature. And that would ensure delivery even though it says that my package is insured up to $100 Via USPS. And there's nothing on the website that states this at all. So buyer beware and I'm going to continue to do more research and see what I can do to stop them from selling anything ever again. And if any of you want to contact me, hit me up on my FB SinbrLasan. I'd love to have enough people for a civil suit because I know you guys are out there. These guys have made a lot of money off a lot of people and are not being held accountable for not delivering. Mind you, this is the second order that has not shown up that I've ordered from them the first time. I thought it was a fluke because they didn't update my address when I moved from California even though I updated it and it stated on my end that it was updated. They sent it to my old address. So I gave them another try and now this has happened.

Shophairwigs and ebonyline are the same company. Do not order from this company. It is hard to reach someone directly. They will cancel your order; without telling u, and leave u screwed. Proceed with caution when doing business with this company.

I started buying wigs from ShopHairWigs when the other company I used to buy from stopped selling wigs. I have to say that my experience has been disappointing. While the wigs are reasonably priced and shipped quickly, only 2 of the wigs (Finn wig and Fara wig) I received actually looked like what was on the website and package. The others did not even look close. A huge disappointment and waste of money. I didn't even bother trying to return them. I just threw them in the trash. I'll have to find another site to purchase my wigs.

I bought a wig, similar to the ones I buy from beauty supply store. This wig was supposedly a Bobbi Boss wig which I love. I wa unable to get the wig on my head. A person would have to have a head the size of a peanut to wear this wig. I have an average size head and have worn Bobbi Boss wigs since battling cancer. I have never had this problem before. (and yes, I did take the straps apart inside the wig). I will never order from this company again

2nd time doing business with them by mistake after having another bad experience with them yrs ago. PLEASE PUT THEM ON YOUR BOYCOTT LIST!! They send you wigs that are falsely advertised. NOT at all the colors that they advertise desperately just to make a dollar. They also treat you like a bill collector & ignore you once you inquire about what u paid for. They have no phone # (RED FLAG ) for sure. They're definitely going on my BOYCOTT list from now on and I have reported them to authorities that are already aware of them and investigating the number of complaints filed against them. SPEND ur money where your dollars are respected!! There's too many other places that will.

Decided to do the priority shipping. It’s been three days I still don’t have a tracking number. I emailed them and I have not received a response yet. I personally won’t be ordering with them again. I’ll be sticking to Sam’s beauty.
