I bought a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher online here. I was hesitant to purchase here as I could have bought locally for$100 more but relied on reviews which I'm beginning to think are AI generated. The appliances were paid for and we they still haven't been delivered on 12/17. They scheduled delivery 12/12 never showed up. They texted and said they were delivering at 7am Sat 12/13 and never showed up. On Monday 12/17 after giving them 4 out of 5 days to deliver on the week they conveniently could only deliver on the one day I couldn't get off work. They have now told me they have to deliver the week off Christmas. Do yourself a favor and buy locally. Shame on me for buying from them and I'm going to pursue every action i can to try and make sure others don't make the same mistake.

Walid and Natasha in the sales and service departments are the best of the best. Professional, helpful and accommodating would be three words to describe the team at Shop Appliances. This was my second purchase (refrigerator) and the turnaround time is so quick that I could never think of using another vendor. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family as well as use them for all of my appliance needs!

Shopappliances was the only company I could find the exact ILVE range I wanted. The one I found is truly a piece of artwork/furniture. Absolutely beautiful and a stunning addition to my home. The whole process was very smooth - from purchase to delivery!
