The appliances package was a great deal compared to Lowe’s. The customer service team was excellent and took care of my extended warranty immediately. The website’s response chat feature is also very responsive, which made the whole experience even better.

BUYER BEWARE! A total nightmare to deal with. I purchased 10k of Thor appliances - after the ambitious saleswoman, Natasha, closed the sale that is where anything positive ended. Their delivery company delayed my order by weeks, then no-showed multiple delivery dates. When they finally delivered, they delivered the wrong model dishwasher, the fridge was damaged and defective, and the range had signs of use (stained griddle and scratches on 4/6 burner tops - I later found out they sold me refurbished range- which the lied stating Thor does sell refurb - Shop appliances refused to do anything and I have repeatedly told the manager will contact me back but they have not done so after months of trying and 20+ emails and calls. They instead told me to contact Thor and this company has proven to be even harder to get any resolution or support from - they have refused my requests to send service or take the items back. I am a business owner myself and I do not take reviews lightly, I would not write something unless I truly had an experience worth sharing and I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Do not buy from this business and do not buy Thor appliances.
