Scam! Did pay with crypto, payment timed out. Send proof afterwards through live chat but they stopped responding. Tried telegram and there I got no response. "Order #15065 was placed on November 8, 2024 and is currently Processing" EDIT: 24/11 After posting this message the Helpdesk contacted me through Telegram and I was helped on short term
