Its reliable. Trustworthy. But there is room for lot of improvement. Suddenly premiums expired in middle of duration. They dont proactively look into subscriptions expiry by themselves. User has to contact admin for this. No doubt they will resub but its a hassel. Sometimes they are not responding for 2 days makes the experience bad.

Good service took me 18 hours to get my account and work great, but I said I wanted a refund for another thing and they said okay you need to wait some days, I have waited about 5-6 days and haven’t got my money back.
