I ordered the seats explicitly for a 2002 Chevrolet 1500. This truck has integrated seatbelts. When I called in to let my salesperson know he encouraged me to "Rig something up". I told him this was my sons truck no thanks. They gave me back my money but the shipping was more than the seat. No more buying from them!!!

After I purchased my seats only a few weeks an armrest had an issue and I called them and they sent me a replacement, thankfully. Later that 1st year I had the piping begin to peel on my $800 seat (Purchased 2) after 11 months and had forgotten the date I bought the seats. When I called and explained the seat problem they said sorry you're out of warranty by 2.5 weeks. I realize after reading all these reviews, and MANY are only ONE STAR, that this company DOES NOT care about their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS these guys are inconsiderate towards their customers. I realize they build a product and after the warranty you're on your own. The Customer Svc. Supervisor Richard was kind even though I was upset but he stuck to his guns; no warranty and no other assistance.

I needed to purchase new captains chairs for my Class A motor home. I called shop4seats and asked many questions to ensure I would receive the seats that would work for my motorhome. Bob (the customer service rep.) took the time to answer all of my questions and ensure that I was getting the best product for me. After discussing issues with current seats and how to install new seats he then let me know of a discount that I could take advantage of and worked with me to purchase a new couch. I needed the couch to have specific measurements and specific features. Shop4seats had everything I needed for about half the price I could find with other manufacturers. When I received my order everything was exactly how I expected it and the installation was as easy as it could be. The only problem I had with the entire experience is I did not receive a tracking number or phone number of the company that was delivering the furniture. There was some confusion but that was worked out with a couple of phone calls and emails that Shop4seats took care of as well as kept me informed of the process. Overall I would recommend Shop4seats to others.

They sold us leather furniture and cushions (i.e. their "Ultimate Leather"). It turned out to be vinyl which looks like leather. Their stuff is a COMPLETE RIP-OFF !!

Purchased 2 captain chairs for our class A RV that i thought were leather. They are not. Would have been nice to actually know that without searching their site for a definition of leather. Waited 3 months for delivery. Went to install the seats the passenger seat fit with some adjustments to the bolts but the drivers seat needs a special mount because we purchased a 6 way adjustable motor. Called to get special base and was told 8 weeks for delivery. Thats insane. Why didn't someone call from the shop after the order was placed to check on the base. Had i known it needed a special base i would have ordered it then. 8 weeks is estimate for delivery. I guess everything they make comes from china.

Save your money and buy with a company who provides customer service after the sale. The mounting bracket did not fit for the seats we purchased for our show truck. Contacted the company Oct 5 with assurance from Meagan our concern would be expedited for someone to contact us. They do not have a department or personal who can answer and assist with installation problems. We were told the company recommends the seats to be professionally installed. But if the bracket isn’t built to fit right then a professional installer doesn’t help.

One star only because I couldn't do zero stars. 15 days out of warranty, the vinyl is peeling off of our captain's chairs and they will do nothing. Terrible customer service.

Did a complete renovation on my 40’ motorhome and Shop4Seats was amazing. The quality is excellent and customer service after the sale was outstanding. They are quick with videos and info to help install. Prices were good when I did comparison and the product supplied looks fantastic
