Alec Al-Eissa assisted me in placing my orders today of a Livingston dinette and Belmont sleeper sofa. What excellent customer service! Alec is knowledgable, professional yet personable and efficient. He's easy to work with, and gave me confidence in making decisions when I placed my order. Thanks Alec!

Alec was great to work with. He really seemed to know the product and was able to make recommendations and give me feedback on the captains chairs and sleeper sofa I ordered. As a first time buyer of RV furniture, I found the experience to be less stressful than I anticipated. I cannot wait to receive and install the furniture into my short bus.

I visited the facility in LaHabra to evaluate a jack-knife sofa for my RV and was met by seating specialist Alec Al-Eissa. Alec was extremely helpful and gracious, touring the facility with me in considering all options and sizes. At his suggestion I ordered the proper size sofa and chose the Monaco style of sofa bed. The sofa will not be completed for almost two months (which is O.K. with my schedule) but so far, except for the rather long lead time, I am happy with the entire process and Alec's very accomodating attitude. But I will withold final review until the sofa is delivered. .

Our contact, Alec, has been extremely helpful. His has always responded quickly to our emailed questions and has greatly simplified this somewhat stressful process of spending $4,000 on something we have never seen in person. We look forward to receiving our complete interior set and installing it in our motorhome.

Andrew helped listened to understand what I was looking in my theater room then made some great recommendations. Once my wife and daughter heard I had purchased them online they were quite nervous because they said "you did not get to sit in them?" However I explained that when I talked to rep, Andrew, he asked me what I was looking for and gave me three recommendation. All seem to fit what I wanted. Once they arrive, my wife and daughter both said it was my best furniture purchase made in quite some time. Extremely satisfied.

I just ordered a set of 4 Seatcraft chairs for my man cave and couldn't be any happier with the service I received from Andrew. He was very knowledgable about the warranty and stood by on the phone while my wife changed her mind, believe it or not, three or four times about the color of "my" chairs. I'm excited to see the chairs and would most definitely recommend that you talk to Andrew when you call them. Zane
