John was very helpful when I called and asked for the measurements of the order I am to receive at the end of the month. We are also going to order our Captain chairs at a later date.

Very frustrated and having a hard time believing all the great reviews? We ordered a jackknife sofa and recliner. We were told 4 to 6 weeks. Two months later we are told maybe next week. We told them we had reservations for a trip in two weeks. They then said maybe but don't count on it. Our original sales person has never been reached and none has ever called to let us know that they are delayed. We have called and been told maybe next week for several weeks now. Never has anyone returned our call to tell us they are not coming. If they ever show up, I will post to let you know about the quality.
