Joseph was extremely helpful in our recent purchase of our replacement RV sofa. Together we worked with timely back & forth phone conversations to get the sofa we simply love. Joseph would not let us purchase an inferior product AND he was very insistent that we got the product we needed Would recommend him to all our “ RV” friends

Horrible horrible horrible. Contacted them and purchased a RV dinette table with hardware mid July. Item did not arrive until August 29. No instructions, no markings on table for pedestal placement, and the mount for the floor is HORRIBLE. It requires a huge hole to be drilled into the floor. Call them and they are ZERO help. What a waste of time and money.

Clara Hinojosa provided an exceptional sales experience. She was courteous and informative, and a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to the same experience with the manufacture and delivery of our RV furniture. Thank you so much! Jess and Pat McCauley

I would have given them 5 stars if it weren't for two minor experiences. The first is that the seats were delayed due to manufacturing breakdown of a machine. Two, the seats come with two arm rest only one of which was attached. I had to figure out how to attach the other without instructions. This required the leather to be cut in order to accommodate a pin which holds the rest in place. Being mechanically inclined, I figured it out. Not sure if the lack of instruction was not part of the purchase. They could have asked me if I wanted them installed. I would have gladly said yes. Other than those, the seats are excellent.

I have been ordering from Shop4Seats for several years now. Every time I call in an order, I am greeted by someone smiling. This occasion, I had to change an order due to my error and Clara was most helpful. "no problem, I'm happy to help" I smiled as we made the corrections. Thanks Clara for brightening my day

Customer service is awful. Ordered seats and bases for my van 3 months ago and asked the bases to be sent early. Called when they weren't shipped and asked again for the bases to be sent early, nothing was sent again. Finally my seats arrived over a week ago, without bases, and I've called 5 times in the last week, with no response other than "my supervisor is looking into it." These are now two months late and holding up my project! Unacceptable!
