There were various issues with this company that had to be resolved regards to multiple e-bike purchases. I had dealt with at least 4 different customer service representatives including their manager. There is only one person who followed up and got things done! Christopher was the most professional and honest person I can say from memory of my 64 years that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He should be elevated within the ranks of this company.
