Wrong price charged: the day that I purchased my shoes it stated that you buy one and get the second pair half off. I was charged the full price for the second pair...and I did not notice until I got home.

You said I would be notified when the shoes were shipped, I had no idea if the order was shipped till the shoes arrived. It was a surprise!

Horrible customer service. They do not even deserve one star. I received two pairs of shoes for Christmas. Unfortunately, there were 2 left shoes in one of the boxes. The gift-giver had also given me the receipt. I took them back to the store with the receipt, and because they were purchased on sale, the manager of the store told me I would be charged an additional $10 to get the right shoe to my pair! When I wore the other pair of shoes for the first time, I found they had a defective buckle on the side. When I attempted to exchange these for the exact same shoes, the manager refused to help me because I had worn the shoes once. The defect was from the manufacturer, and not something I would have found before wearing them. I will NEVER shop with Shoe Station again, and I would never recommend this store to anyone I know.

Love this place ! Always a great price on a huge variety of shoes. Plus anytime there is a mishap which is rare they fix the issue immediately with no b.s.
