Thank you for the review!
The Clearance area is a mess. I found a shoe I really liked, but the matching shoe was missing. The staff said they couldn't help with that. The three times I have been in the store, most of the staff is grumpy and unkind.

Great customer service. When I asked questions I got a smile and the ladies were very helpful. It is always great to go into a store and the employees treat you like they know you personally.
