I am so sorry your item is taking longer than expected in these unprecedented times. Understandably, all carriers are experiencing delays. Your order placed Dec. 10 shipped Dec 12 via free shipping. We kindly ask for patience while carriers do their best to catch up during this difficult holiday season. Thank you for your business!
Shipped fast and communicated very quickly! Great experience! Thank you!

Followed up with me when they had a question about design. I'm glad they didn't assume and print the wrong thing.
