1st time trying this - CA to NJ x 2 roller suitcases! Picked up and drop off at my location. Delivered 1 day early than scheduled and both intact, no damages, no missing items! Well recommended! I wish I knew about them sooner!!

Your service is awesome. On time, great follow up, my luggage was in my cabin sooner than my carry on!!! Your updates keep the client informed at all times. The only drawback is having to ship so far in advance but imagine it's because the Customs situation. I will definitely recommend to all my clients as it alleviates so much stress. I took the train from Madrid to Barcelona and it was quite a relief not having to carry my big bag!! Thank you so much for letting me experience it.

Lucky, Good morning, and thank you for reviewing your recent Ship&Play shipment. Our records show your bag was delivered to your destination on April 17th at 10:04 AM. Up until Saturday, May 2nd, we had not received any indication for you that the shipment had not been received. We understand you reached out over the weekend, and our team responded with GPS coordinates and additional delivery details. When you have a moment, please reply to that email to confirm whether the shipment is currently in your possession. In the meantime, our team will also attempt to follow up with you directly to ensure this is fully resolved. We appreciate your time and look forward to assisting further.

No worries! The pickup is easy enough at home of course. Suitcase show up alongside all the others onboard our ship. But, the Exceptional service recieved was a cell phone call from our pickup courier! He let me know that he would wait to see and greet me as we transferred the suitcase to him; he was there early:>

I liked that the system for dropping off my bag and the delivery went very well. Customer service was great in helping with some of my confusion even over a weekend. What I did not like was a glass jar and several shell art pieces arrived broken. Since these were not high value items I did not report the breakage. This was a hard side suitcase, it would take some pretty rough handling to break the items. Regardless--- I would gladly and will use your service again.

Tom, Good morning, and thank you for taking the time to review your recent Ship&Play shipment. We’re glad to see your items arrived ahead of schedule to your destination, and that your interactions with our support team were positive. However, we are sorry to hear that some of your fragile items were damaged in transit. While damage is uncommon, it can occasionally occur, and in most instances we would be able to file a reimbursement claim for damaged/missing items. Unfortunately in this instance, as outlined in our shipping terms, items such as glass, porcelain, ceramic, and other fragile materials are considered prohibited, therefore would not be eligible for a claim. That said, your experience is important to us, and we want to ensure you feel supported. If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to call or text us at 855-792-7529 or email [email protected]. We’re happy to provide additional clarity or address any additional concerns. Thank you again for choosing Ship&Play.
