Terrible customer service
I shipped a package to their storage letting them know 2 weeks in advance the desired pick up date. Reminded them 3 days before just to receive as response a "no, we are close for the weekend"....as if they didn't know 2 weeks before that they were not open. This resulted in me having to pay them to ship the package somewhere else for something that was entirely their fault. Due to the resulting lack of trust I asked them to send me a picture of the luggage, never received it. Finally, they warned me about the expected delivery of the luggage 30 minutes AFTER the delivery was attempted.....
