The online teacher was really mid
The online teacher was really disappointing because the lessons were poorly organised and hard to follow, and she often seemed distracted or unprepared during class. Her explanations were rushed, and when students asked for help, she either ignored the questions or gave answers that didn’t actually solve the problem. The constant technical issues and lack of clear communication made the whole online learning experience frustrating and unhelpful, leaving me feeling like I didn’t learn anything.

Thank you for your feedback. Our management closely monitored the classes, and the concerns mentioned do not match what was observed. The student regularly expressed satisfaction with the tutor and confirmed that they enjoyed the lessons. It appears this review may have resulted from a misunderstanding or prank. We remain available to discuss any genuine concern directly with the parent or guardian.
