Customer server is awful. I can’t order pods making these devices useless. No one to contact and no replies to email. Without pods, these are expensive paperweights.

Shine is shutdown as of now.. So it's not very useful. I hope it comes back.

The company went bankrupt! Their product broke within weeks of receiving it and their customer service never responded for requests of refunds. Complete rip off company

Is this some kind of joke? This terrible company has gone bankrupt. Their terrible product was full of bugs and never worked properly. I have a 3 year subscription that will never be fulfilled. If you come across anyone connected with this company, run a mile
