The replacement cover pn was not listed online so I called Shelter Logic and spoke with Rachel. She placed my order and helped out with the cross country crazy shipping cost. Rachel was pleasant and professional. I have been very happy with the product - monarc canopy.

We purchased the Sojag Melville 10' x 12' gazebo from ShelterLogic. We were very pleased with the product and found an informational video online that showed how to install the various components for the unit. When we got to the final stage of installing the roof, the panels on the short side (10 foot side) fit fine but on the 12' side - only half the panels fit correctly with the others not lining up with the channels they were designed to fit into. I called the help line on Wednesday and spoke to a very nice lady (Lee Anne) regarding our issue. I emailed pictures of what the issue was and she said she would contact a Sojag tech person for a solution. We had not heard anything by Friday so I called again and spoke to the help desk (Lee Anne again) and she said she would contact Sojag again to get the issue resolved. We still did not receive a response by Saturday so we ended up hiring a carpenter to come and assist with the issue to have the panels line up correctly as adjustments were required. On Monday we received an email back from Lee Anne. The "solution" suggested in the email was not what was wrong in our case and would not have fixed our issue. I feel your toll free help desk should connect you to someone that has actually worked on (installed) the product instead of someone that will speak to someone and then get back to you. I feel that if I could have spoken to a technician myself, we could have resolved the issue and I would not have had to pay out of pocket to have someone come and assist with the install. A toll free line is only helpful if you can speak to someone familiar with the installation process so I believe this an issue that needs to be addressed for future customers. Thank you

Thank you so much to Lee Ann Stone for her Quick and professional help with my situation in making sure all my information was taken down properly, as I made this order a week ago and the 1st person I was dealing with did not even email me my receipt from Shelter logic thus for having to call back to ask for it, Lee Ann went over my whole order as I was told it may take upto 2 weeks before I see my canopy top and bungee kits Lee Ann let me know that the canopy top I purchased was not in stock an will source it out to see what availability she can get it from to see if it's possible that I can recieve it by next weekend. Lee Ann did not guarantee me that it would but if possible she would make it happen and would follow up with me on Mon to let me know her findings. I appreciate everything she is trying to do for me and understand it may not be possible, but I'm ok with that and am looking forward to hearing back from Lee Ann Love the product, have ordered 3 or 4 replacement tops now over the past 15 years Thank you again for your exellent service Lee Ann
