Another great representative from ShelterLogic is Lee Ann Stone. Thanks! Joe Dubois

Laura Miller made it great! was astounding! With little info I gave , she grasped the situatuion, created and order and is getting it out to me! 5 plus 10 stars!

Bill from customer service was patient and sourced and old part for a gazebo. He was professional and efficient and helped me source the Part number in less then 24 hours. Really appreciate the service.

Excellent service. Thanks Laura Miller!

I own a 10x10x8 ft. ShelterLogic shed. It was not difficult to set up but unfortunately I made a mistake in not anchoring the poles to the wood foundation and it started ripping in 5-6 months when the ground settled. It ripped the whole thing to shreds. I have six holes in it I was very disappointed and upset. I decided to save the frame after we anchored it to the floor foundation and put a greenhouse cover on it in the next year but it's extremely expensive. Right now I don't think I can get financing so I'll have to wait until I save the money but the plan stays to put a greenhouse cover on the frame.

Laura Miller emailed me and confirmed the parts are being shipped out ASAP. I just emailed the company less that 2 days ago, on the weekend and did not expect such a quick resonce. Thanks you for your service.

I had to order a new cover for my buddies tent and the website couldn’t find my part number. After a brief hold I was connected with Lee Ann who was fantastic! Customer service was excellent and there was no trouble at all connecting my old part number with the new one. Very very satisfied!

Dealing with Greg was a great pleasure. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve already have brought two shelter logic sheds and will most likely be getting a third one for my farm directly related to his authentic customer service . Thank you Greg
