Fast response and changed my dimmer directly when faulty

I've been a Shelly user for over two years and have consistently had positive experiences with their equipment, app, and delivery service, never needing to contact support until recently. A few weeks ago, I encountered two issues: one Shelly device arrived damaged during shipping, and another was malfunctioning. When I reached out about the damaged unit, their support promptly sent a replacement that arrived within days. For the malfunctioning device, they quickly resolved the situation by providing a code to purchase a newer model from their shop with the addition of free shipping. I was already impressed with Shelly devices and app, but now I'm equally impressed with their customer support. They responded quickly and resolved both issues promptly. The experience was so positive that it would be unfair not to share it.

They helped me with a technical problem and managed to resolve it quickly and in the best possible way. They were super helpful and sorted out absolutely everything. Thanks again for everything.

Ihad a Problem with a Shelly 1PM gen. 3. A colleague wich left the company had registered it in a test account, so i couldnt sign in in my account. I set up a ticket and had a solution within less than 12 hours. Great job.

I have been into house automation for many years (over 20). Out of all the devices I have tried, I have found Shellys to be the best. Their APP and support are very good. There is nothing you can't do by connecting Shelly's to your house. I have 120 device and can't complain about any of their functions.
