Overall, the food was not good, and I found hair in one of my meals. I was deeply disappointed about this order.

Great service. Just wish they had more variety for vegetarians. Wish the chefs cooked more for vegetarians and vegans. It is a very limited menu.

After a few months using Shef, I've learned to stretch the meals further by adding extra rice, frozen veggies and fresh lettuce. Having meals delivered every 3 weeks streamlines meal prep a lot!
