Music was fine but they helped themselves to money from my bank account the following month, subscribed me to monthly payments in a very sneaky way. I bet they make a fortune doing this to unsuspecting customers, very disappointed! I have contacted them, their ‘chat’ doesn’t work and I’ve emailed hoping for a refund.

Sheet Music direct Milwaukee...BEWARE have illegally taken money two months in a row out of my account without my authorisation. It is obviously a scam. I have taken ii up with my bank.

Comme beaucoup de personnes, je me suis retrouvée abonnée par erreur. J’ai mis trop longtemps à m’en apercevoir et il a fallu bloquer la carte pour pouvoir identifier l’origine des prélèvements. Aucune facture n’arrive . J’ai obtenu la confirmation que depuis l’achat de partition aucun service n’arrive été utilisé chez eux . Ils m’ont remboursé 3 mois pas plus. J’avais demandé 10 mois.

The range of sheet music available is impressive and the prices are competitive. I particularly appreciated a recent exchange with the team when an issue was promptly dealt with and a refund given (unnecessary since the error was my own, but gratefully received!). Terrific customer service!

Dans la même lignée des commentaires négatifs. Un achat de partition et derrière ils prélèvent mensuellement !! Très peux respectueux et encore moins commercial. J’ai fait une demande de remboursement des dis prélèvents, on attend la suite. Mais en tout cas, on en est très déçu de leurs méthodes de ventes.
