Very poor customer service experience, and it takes forever to get the knives sharpened Buyer beware! Poor customer service they check you into subscription service and then don’t refund you the money. If you do not use the service. I do not recommend this company at all.!

As we do for all reviews, both positive and negative, we take this very seriously, and having looked into your account, we did find that you reached out to us via live chat on Monday, July 24th to request that we cancel your subscription. Unfortunately, that was 3 days after your subscription (purchased on July 21, 2022) had been processed and the shipping labels, protective sleeves, and packaging had been sent to you. We ask that our customers let us know prior to their renewal date if they want to cancel their subscription. We do this because when the renewal processes, we ship out the order immediately (this is to help ensure you receive your purchase in a timely manner). We are very sorry that you do not agree with this process, and we are available to assist you in any way we can. Unfortunately, we are not able to completely satisfy your request but we can speak to you further about this if you'd like to have a conversation with our customer support team. We strive to deliver an excellent experience to all of our customers and are disappointed that we were not able to do this for you. Getting the knives shipped was easy. Postage was already paid, so you just pack them, seal and send. The knives I sent had some damage and dings in the blades. When I received them back they looked like brand new, and were extremely sharp. They look precision sharpened.
