Horrible company
Horrible company. I bought an expensive set of violin strings from them and when one string broke within a few months even though cheaper string sets from elsewhere have lasted much longer, they wouldn't even waive shipping on a replacement string. They don't care about retaining customers, so don't buy from them.

Hi Diana, thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the delayed reply. We're sorry to hear one of your strings broke sooner than you expected. String life depends on many factors, including how often you play, your playing style, and the condition of the instrument's nut, bridge, and fine tuners. Because of this, strings can wear out or break at different rates, even within the same set. Opened strings can't be returned, but we review defect claims made more than 30 days after delivery on a case-by-case basis. We understand it was disappointing that the outcome wasn't what you hoped for. If there's anything still unresolved, our team is here to help at 800-248-7427 or [email protected]. — The Shar Music Team
