After days of repeating the same answers your customer support NEVER solved my problem. They are polite but don't really care about customer service.

I can't believe how bad the app/website are. It's an unbelievably bad experience. The app constantly freezes and crashes (when you can actually open it), and the website is a jumbled mess or input widgets that switch focus and displays that randomly update while forgetting crucial values. What a mess.

Recently most of my trades failed but still they took miner fee and gas fee. You have to submit a ticket or two, just to get your own money back! If you be lucky it will take few days! And forget about very high fees you have paid. I do not trust them. Do a favor to yourself and stay away!

Big time scammers stay far far far away!!!

The worst customer ever I have seen!! It takes over a week to get assistance and even then nothing gets solved..really awful and appalling service..

Не заходил на свой аппаратный кошелёк около недели , когда зашёл , обнаружил что из двух счетов BTC , исчез самый основной со всеми накоплениями. Написал в поддержку, жду ответа от них. У кого нибудь был подобный случай, если да то как вы все восстановили . Спасибо всем

Item not working normally past 2 month. Bug-bug-bug-bug again. Everytime it lose you wallets and money, need a special assistance for recover it.
