Best burgers ever!

Just went to Shake Shack MGM Natl Harbor at 3PM 9/4/2020. Rude cashier African American female started shouting at me that she could not touch my phone for Samsung Pay. I stated that I would happily do it myself. What's worse is the Caucasian male manager looked at my Samsung Pay card and stated Shake Shack does Not accept Amex (lie #1), then stated that even if they did, that Shake Shack has disabled the contactless payment option systemwide (lie #2), so they could not accept my payment. I pointed out all other restaurants accepted contactless payment. The manager stated that SS systems are independent of all other MGM POS SYSTEMS. I then pointed out that their POS was a newer NCR model, so Samsung Pay definitely would work. Regardless, SS website clearly states that all locations offer contactless payments. I am livid that someone in a supervisory level representing the SS brand is either completely ignorant of the capabilities of his own POS, or lacks ethics and integrity to speak the truth.

Milkshake was really good ,evetything else was disgusting.

Tiny portions! Super expensive with child size portions!! What a rip off!!

I live in New Jersey and about a month ago I got a fraud alert on my banking app... long story short Shake Shack had been charging me for months in small increments between $1.50 to $3.00. I disputed the charges and got my money back but the whole situation made me really dislike this company. You are thieves.

I agree with previous poster. They are thieves. Many in my community will never give them our business again even though they returned the loan, Saying they received the money elsewhere. Well enjoy your food shake shack

Shake Shack Has forever lost my business. Shame on you for taking $10 million from small businesses. I hope it was worth your cheap hamburger. You are disgusting
