I needed to replace a temple on a pair of Ray Bans. I surfed the site and found what seemed to be replacement pieces. I utilized the “Chat” because I had several questions. I found the "Chat Associate" to be very helpful answering my queries which supported me choosing the appropriate replacement temple. The item was in stock and estimated delivery was five to ten days. The part arrived within five days.

the lenses where perfect and fit spot on

They sent me the wrong goggles and when I called to to get a return label first it went to voicemail, then when I called back and got an answer they told me they were out of stock of the goggles I wanted. All colors were out of stock so couldnt even switch color. Then they told me they would send a return label and did not. Had to call back to get a return label. Still havent seen credit to my account. Shadesdaddy sucks!
