The shipping status notifications are confusing and not useful. I do not use Shopify. I have not received the order yet. I do not know when the order will be arriving. As for the actual product, I realize now that the glasses have the 52mm lens width, but I need the 55mm lens width. So, as soon as I receive the item, I will process the return.

*UPDATE- Finally received my order and was satisfied with the quality. However that shipping was a disaster. I'l consider ordering again, only after I check reviews to see if shipping ETA has gotten better. Thanks for the reply.* The company never shipped my order. I contacted their “customer support” team about four times and each time they lied saying it was shipped and the post office didn’t update tracking. Honey that doesn’t even make sense, as the post office is required to scan all packages into their possession at the time of receipt. You all NEVER dropped my order off to be shipped. Scam and lies. Never ordering from here again and I’ll be sure to let everyone who will listen know that you all are scammers. Ridiculous.

My order was processed and shipped in a very fast manor. My glasses arrived and they look perfect! The only reason I took one star away is because I had to deal with a shopping issue.
